1 General Provisions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between tk655 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using the platform ("User", "you", "your"). tk655 is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, tk655 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit their balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited or won funds. If your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at tk655 is ৳300 (per method). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact the support team. tk655 does not accept responsibility for deposits made through third parties.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. tk655 reserves the right to review any unusual withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawals via a different method will be considered on a case-by-case basis in special circumstances.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes, charges, or duties.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tk655 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 adds the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable; this restriction applies only to bonus-related funds.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person, or attempting to meet bonus requirements through irregular betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

5 VIP Program

The tk655 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is based on your regular activity and participation. Benefits for each tier apply only while you remain at that tier. tk655 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk655 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security
• Using the platform to harass or harm other users
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Any activity that is harmful to tk655's reputation or interests

Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances without notice. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk655 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of tk655 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or republishing these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

tk655 will not be liable for:

• Interruption to a game session caused by loss of internet connection or technical error
• Delays in processing by third-party payment gateways
• Loss caused by your own negligence or provision of incorrect information
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
• Loss resulting from you disclosing your account details to a third party

In any circumstance, tk655's total liability will be limited to the actual balance held in your account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 At tk655's Initiative

tk655 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Provision of false information
• Court order or direction from a regulatory authority

10.2 At the User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

If tk655 does not exercise a right in a particular situation, this does not mean that right will not be exercised in the future.

13.4 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. Any translation into another language is for convenience only — in case of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
